Insect Monitoring Traps
Insect monitoring is the use of traps or detailed inspections to determine which, if any, insects are present and the level and location of the infestation.
There are several different techniques available. A wide range of traps are utilised while trained biologists and technicians can also carry out detailed inspections as some stages of an insect's life cycle, like eggs and pupae, are not mobile and therefore cannot be detected by monitoring alone.
